Delivered promptly and with vare

The arrangement was lovely and the recipients were delighted, but unfortunately the florist and driver both phoned they couldn't find the house so then dropped it at my home for us to deliver. I was still charged delivery which was disappointed about

Beautiful basket was delivered, at reasonable cost. Only complaint is the deliverer did not call recipient beforehand but just texted to him that the basket has been delivered at the door. No one was in at the time. The basket could have been stolen. Luckily it wasn't, this time. But florist should not take chances or else disputes and unhappiness could arise.
